All plans include GDPR-compliant processing in Microsoft Azure EU, your own app and widget branding, and a landing page builder. LLM tokens and widget messages have separate quotas. Once a quota is exhausted, a hard stop applies; there is no automatic overage billing.

Roles: Tenant admins manage knowledge bases, widgets, branding and enabled modules. Regular users can only use chat with chat access. Agencies grant end clients permissions from their own scope; sub-tenants do not receive them automatically.
Operations: Custom domains require verified DNS, TLS and active edge routing. Source synchronisation and document processing require running background services; AI features require configured model access.
Frequently asked questions
What happens if I exceed my token limit?
Once the monthly token quota is exhausted, new chat answers are blocked (hard stop). Actual token usage is recorded after the answer. There is no automatic overage billing. A separate monthly quota also applies to widget messages. End clients use their agency's pool and can be assigned tighter individual limits.
Can I switch plans later?
Your agency or the platform operator initiates base-plan changes. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the end of the current billing period. There is no automatic prorated refund. Cancellation under “My subscription” also takes effect at period end and can be withdrawn until then.
Who is the data controller?
You are the controller under the GDPR; Brixovo is the processor. We provide a data processing agreement. Data is stored exclusively in Microsoft Azure EU.
Can I use my own LLM (Bring Your Own Model)?
Yes, on the Enterprise plan. You can connect Azure OpenAI endpoints from your own subscription or integrate other providers (Anthropic, Mistral via API).
How does the reseller margin work?
You set your end clients' prices and bill them directly. We only charge you the Brixovo plan price. Your margin is yours.
What is included in Self-Host?
Full source code, Docker Compose + Bicep templates, 1 year of updates and support, and setup assistance. You host on your own Azure subscription.
